Finstek is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee our engineering department. You will be responsible for leading our engineering team to deliver the company's software products efficiently and effectively and on time and budget. As a key decision-maker, you will manage technology strategies, drive software architecture decisions, and control the technology budget.
In this CTO role, you will be a key member of the senior management team. If you possess strong technical expertise, people skills and exemplary work ethics, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Finstek engineering departments, ensuring seamless software delivery
- Lead the design and implementation of software architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and performance
- Building high performing software development teams, which are working both from offices and remotely
- Manage the technology budget, optimising resources to meet the company's goals
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a CTO or CEO of an IT company, or a relevant role
- Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in software architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Proven track record of hiring, building and managing engineering teams
- Fluent written and spoken English (B1+)
