As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing remote support to company employees, ensuring seamless IT assistance.
- Handling IT support for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Managing employees' access and permissions, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Overseeing Office 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Proficiently handling AD and Azure AD administration for effective user management.
- Installing and providing support for applications and endpoint protection software.
- Ensuring smooth installation of OS and software updates to maintain system performance.
- Managing equipment procurement to meet the organization's needs efficiently.
We are seeking an individual with the following skillset:
- Strong Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune administration skills.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, RDS, and VPN for effective system management.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is desirable, but not essential
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile to assist others.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a B1+ level, enabling effective communication.
