We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our Finstek Member Area project on a full-time basis. Member's Area is a specialized software solution for Forex Brokers to gain Traders and Introducing Brokers and to manage their financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) via integrated trading platforms.
Member's Area is an innovative web and mobile-based application which consists of user and admin areas. It integrates numerous 3rd party services, including eKYC Provider, Payment System Providers (40+ PSP), Trading Platform, CRM and other components of the Finstek ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and clarifying business / technical requirements
- Creating product release roadmaps, backlog management
- Creating wireframes of user interfaces when needed
- Converting requirements into user stories
- Helping QAs and PO in the testing of new features
You Will Need to Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience in market and competitor's analysis, road-mapping, features prioritizing
- Experience in the development of CRM system
- Understanding and hands-on experience of creating products in FinTech or e-commerce domains
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Fluent written and spoken English (B1+)
We Would Love to See:
- Experience in the development of such systems as ERP, billing, backoffice, reporting, integrations with payment system providers (PSPs)
- Experience in the development of cloud-based products
