We are hiring a talented and ambitious Recruiter to join our Recruitment department to help us fill many open positions within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates for open positions in a company
- Coordinate with hiring managers and help define the requirements for vacant positions
- Seek out qualified candidates through social media (all possible methods)
- Organize and conduct interviews
- Proceed with all follow up issues (making offers etc.)
- Performing reference and background checks
- Participate in the onboarding process
- Assistance in organizing events, trainings
- Work with recruiting agencies
Requirements:
- Must have "Proven and Successful" global headhunting experience worldwide
- University degree is a must
- Experience in IT recruitment and/or Sales and/or Digital Marketing
- English B2+
