We are seeking a Highly-Skilled, Senior Project Manager to join our Finstek Trading Platform team. Finstek has been developing a new high-load and scalable online trading platform with mobile terminals (iOS, Android), a web/desktop terminal, and a web back office. The platform provides retail traders access to financial markets via trading terminals, supports hedging and netting order accounts, different order types, social trading and functionality for automated trading.
In the role of Project Manager, you will help us to further develop this product, solve existing business problems and to contribute to producing value for our customers and stakeholders with each product release.
Responsibilities
- Planing, Roadmap management, Backlog management
- Managing business / Technical requirements
- Creating product release roadmaps
- Leading team scrum activities
- Improving release/planning/development processes
- Managing a team of 10+ members including developers, QAs, BAs, designers
You Will Need to Have
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience in planning, road-mapping, features prioritising, backlog management, scrum activities
- Proactive, well-organised, self-managed
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2+)
We Would Love to See
- Experience in the development of such systems as CRMs, ERP, billing, backoffice, reporting, integrations with payment system providers (PSPs)
- Understanding and hands-on experience in creating products in FinTech or e-commerce domains
