We are seeking a results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial efforts in monetising our mobile app product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful monetisation strategies, with a focus on maximising revenue while maintaining a positive user experience. As the CCO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial operations, including pricing strategies, total number of downloads (ASO), advertising in app stores (UA), partnerships and premium offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies (app store optimisation / user acquisition) to reach the following app installation milestones: acquiring 10,000 installs within the first month after launch, 100,000 installs within the first 3 months, and 1,000,000 installs within 6 months;
- Develop and execute comprehensive monetisation strategies to drive revenue growth, with the first phase focusing on generating revenue to facilitate self-sustainable development;
- Analyse market trends, user behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities and optimise existing revenue streams;
- Oversee the development and implementation of pricing models for premium features and subscription offering;
- Create and organise customer service operations, particularly focusing on paid users;
- This includes establishing efficient communication channels and implementing processes to address user inquiries, feedback, and technical issues promptly;
We would like to see:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in commercial or revenue-focused roles within the technology or mobile app industry;
- Strong understanding of mobile app monetisation strategies, including in-app advertising, freemium models, subscriptions, and partnerships;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
