Finstek is seeking a talented and highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Finstek Trading Platform team. We have been developing a new high-load and scalable online trading platform with mobile terminals (iOS, Android), web/desktop terminal and web back office. The platform provides retail traders access to financial markets via trading terminals, supports hedging and netting order accounts, different order types and functionality for automated trading. The platform architecture supports white labelling feature for the brokers.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a leading role in building quality into products and processes, ensuring product and service excellence to deliver high-quality, reliable, valuable and competitive products for the market.
Your role:
- Extend, improve and maintain existing test frameworks to standardize the process of testing across the company
- Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements which are implemented in Selenium Web Driver and Appium (C#)
- Create and maintain automated test suites and test frameworks that are executed through CI/CD automation to ensure continuous feedback to development teams
- Work with software development teams to ensure that code, designed for testability, and the foundation of automated tests is maintained
- Work with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owner to derive testing and product requirements throughout the development cycle
- Analyze test results and submit corresponding defects/tasks for developers
- Execute and report on a weekly and monthly basis the status of our platform in the different environments
- Assist functional testing of end-to-end coverage as needed with a thorough understanding of all the systems
You Will Need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing with C# / Java
- Experience and strong skills in automated testing using Selenium Web Driver, Appium
- Experience in testing REST APIs or other XML or JSON web services
- Experience in working with databases like MySQL
- Working knowledge of mobile testing using iOS or Android
- Practical knowledge of CI
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and such frameworks as Kanban and Scrum
- Familiar with Azure, Jira, Confluence
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility
- Intermediate written and spoken English (B1)

- Experience using Selenium Grid and BrowserStack
- Adopting Agile and goal-oriented approach
- Understanding of load/performance testing (JMeter)
- Previous experience in working in the quality assurance team supervising the general quality of the finished products
- Understanding forex trading domain
