Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the RF design team on product definition and product development in order to establish a worldclass product roadmap of RF Products based on Finwave’s GaN technology
Identify and explore new market opportunities and expansion strategies for organic growth

Sales Team Management:
Manage the Sales, Marketing and Business Development organization
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
Recruit, train, and onboard sales professionals as needed

Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales to existing customers
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service

Market Expansion:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
Contribute to marketing strategy by researching competitive offering, market trends and technologies

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Provide accurate revenue forecasts to guide company activities
Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends
Present sales strategy to the management team and board on a regular basis
Participate in marketing events, product launches, trade shows and customer activities
Manage pricing and gross margins for all product families
Manage all Marcom activities including PR, web presence and trade shows

Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
>10 years’ experience and proven track record of success in business development and sales management roles in the field of RF ICs
Technical understanding of RF circuits, RF applications and RF systems: such as RF power amplifiers, RF switches, Mixers, Filters, LNAs, MMIC, RFICs and their application in systems such as base stations, mobile RFFEs, etc.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strategic thinker with a sharp ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to establish rapport and credibility with clients while navigating technical intricacies
Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Data analysis, negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Hands-on and detailed oriented to bring tasks and issues to resolutions quickly and efficiently
Ability to work closely with engineering and operations teams to fully support customers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Adept at managing budgets and financial performance
Travel as needed in support of sales, customers and trade show activities
$200,000 - $230,000 a year
