Summary
We are experiencing our highest growth to date and are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Sr. Product Manager to lead product development initiatives, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional products that will enhance the customer experience and fuel our next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing

    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and other teams to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of new product initiatives, features, and enhancements. Own the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
    • Conduct user research, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and better understand user needs and pain points for continuous product improvement  
    • Collaborate and build consensus with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Make and influence data-driven decisions to guide the product development process.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback and financial KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives. Use insights to iterate on product features and improve business outcomes.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer and business and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences while ensuring alignment with business objectives

We'll be excited if you have

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus
    • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally growth-stage B2B SaaS focused on innovative, groundbreaking products
    • Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch, demonstrating a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to navigate complex projects to deliver optimal business results
    • Super understanding of customer needs and experience leading user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product improvements
    • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and measure success metrics 
    • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, presenting) with the ability to clearly influence all technical and non-technical levels of the organization
    • Advanced technical aptitude and able to work closely with engineering teams to guide product development
    • Start-up entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a hands-on team-oriented environment
The role is hybrid and we are looking for candidates in San Mateo, California

The approximate annual pay range for this role is USD $150,000-$170,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. Candidates may receive more information from the talent partner.
