We are experiencing our highest growth this year and excited to add a non-linear growth-thinking Business Development professional to own, lead, and drive strategic initiatives. You’ll identify, develop, and execute new business and partnerships opportunities including strategic technology partnerships, ecosystem integrations, and new market entry strategies. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Executive teams to turn vision into measurable revenue growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on role - perfect for someone who can see the big picture, craft the go-to-market plan, and roll up their sleeves to make it happen.

What you’ll be doing

    • New Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and close new revenue opportunities across enterprise platforms, commerce partnerships, and creator ecosystems
    • Partnership ownership: Lead all strategic partnership initiatives, including technology integrations, ecosystem collaborations, and co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
    • Market Expansion: Research and prioritize new market segments and verticals for growth, with a focus on e-commerce, SaaS, social commerce, and the creator economy
    • Sales Enablement: Work closely with Sales teams to create go-to-market strategies, pitch materials, and proposals that drive conversions
    • Startup Execution: Move quickly from concept to action, test and iterate, and execute with speed and precision
    • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, panels, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads

We’ll be excited if you have

    • 7+ years of broad growth oriented experience. We’re not stuck on titles and open to someone with scalable, out-of-the-box non-linear thinking
    • Strong knowledge of social commerce, e-commerce, creator commerce, SaaS, retail-tech, or creator ecosystem including building and launching commerce partnerships, i.e. Shopify, Adobe, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    • Additional exposure developing, closing, and managing other diverse strategic partnerships, technology alliances, and integration partners
    • Outstanding business acumen and complex contract negotiation abilities; you are comfortable driving deals from prospecting to close
    • Start-up and high-growth environment experience, comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and rapid change
    • Superb communication and collaboration skills; you’re excellent with speaking, influencing, and building rapport with all levels of the organization
