What you’ll be doing
* 戦略開発
- 年次ビジネスプランに沿った包括的なマーケティング戦略の策定
- 日本市場におけるリーダーシップとの密な連携
* キャンペーンの実施
- マーケティングキャンペーンの全工程を管理、実行
* イベント
- 日本市場におけるブランド認知拡大及びリード獲得を目的とした自社イベント開催、マーケティングイベントへの協賛・登壇の計画と実行
* リード獲得
- 自社サイトの管理・運用によるオーガニックリードの獲得
- リスティング・アフィリエイトなど有償施策の計画・実行
* 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携
- 営業、チャネルを含む内部チームとシームレスに協力し一貫したマーケティング活動を推進
- 日本チームの立ち上げに積極的に参加し、グローバルチームとの効果的なコミュニケーションを通じてグローバル拡大イニシアティブに貢献

- B2Bマーケティングの知識: Mid-Enterpriseをターゲットとしたマーケティング戦略の策定・実行経験
- キャンペーン設計: マーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実施・効果測定の経験
- コミュニケーション能力: セールスチームや他部署との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
- データ分析能力: マーケティング活動の効果を数値で捉え、最適化する能力
- デジタルマーケティングツールの使用経験: CRM（例: Salesforce）、メールマーケティングツール（例: Mailchimp）、自動化ツール（例: HubSpot）などの使用経験
- リードジェネレーション: 高品質なリードの獲得戦略の策定・実行経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント: 複数のプロジェクトを同時進行させるスキル
- チームワーク: チーム内外との協力を重視する姿勢
