Summary
As Creative Services Manager, you will be the bridge between Firework’s creative team and our clients, ensuring brands maximize the impact of their video commerce experiences. You have a passion for revolutionizing the way businesses connect with and captivate their customers and are on a mission to deliver immersive and engaging experiences that drive business impact. This role requires a mix of client management, creative direction, and project management to help brands elevate their digital storytelling.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients, understand their business needs and translate them into compelling creative work with the team
- Have a strong creative production knowledge with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners
- Manage projects/programs/campaigns through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap with our production team
- Lead project-related team meetings (i.e., kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to the broader team
- Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
- Work with global teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects
- Monitor content performance and leverage data-driven insights to refine creative strategies for maximum
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative recommendations to clients
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
We'll be excited if you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Expert-level communication and experience managing external clients needs
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected
- Experience fostering and leading a collaborative, diverse and proactive team environment while multi-tasking
- Strong written and verbal communication when outlining plans and ideas
- Curious and eager to learn
This role may be located in the Hong Kong Area, Shenzhen or Shanghai.
