Summary
We’re looking for talented Sales Manager who are results-driven professionals to join the growing SMB team. You are the face of Boutir and will evangelize Boutir’s innovative SaaS merchant solutions to SMB leads in a variety of categories. You are polished, relationship-oriented, and thrive building a dynamic high-velocity book of business. The SMB team focuses on team achievement just as much as individual so team-first mindset is key to success here!

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential customers who align with our target market
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve aggressive sales targets. Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to position our products/services effectively
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain complete transparency throughout the sales pipeline, providing clear visibility into each phase of development to stakeholders
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training tailored to equip new hires with the necessary technical and sales skills to excel
- Direct and empower the sales team, promoting a high standard of professionalism and proficiency that stimulates sales efforts and effective account management
- Build, prospect, qualify, and drive new opportunities through strategic cold outreach and other channels such as industry events, building affiliate partnership
- Continuously assess the entire SaaS revenue operations and merchant acquisition process to ensure it continues to scale efficiently while delivering an outstanding product and service experience
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand

We'll be excited if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or related industries
- Experience in a closing sales role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong business acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Experience with sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo) is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and no ego
- Native Cantonese fluency a must, professional English proficiency

The role is hybrid in our Hong Kong office and we are looking for candidates based in Hong Kong.
