Summary
We are experiencing tremendous growth and excited to add a strategic, hands-on, and ownership-oriented People Ops generalist to our global People Ops team. You will own and touch all phases of the employee lifecycle through our integrated systems, reportings, initiatives, and drive key measurements and analytics as we continue to build and refine operations and the people experience.

What you'll be doing 
* Own, build, and continuously improve the global HR Operations function; oversee the People Operations tech stack and manage technical and administrative processes, systems, integrations, and reportings including assessing new tools and offerings that will drive efficiency, data integrity, and scale
* Serve as the central core of People Operations for our global team through the entire people life cycle; prioritize inquiries to generate offer letters, personnel changes, routine audits, external reports for leaders, and ensure all people transactions are accurately and efficiently entered and tracked across all our systems that impact payroll, benefits, and 3rd party systems
* Configure, support and optimize the design, development and performance of core people information processes, workflows, security maintenance, data loads, and upgrades; recommend and advise on innovation solutions and policy changes
* Support the development and measurements of People programs and initiatives that continue to enhance the employee experience across multiple global entities
* Partner with People Ops and stakeholders to continuously build a metrics-driven organization that leverages reporting, analytics, and SLAs to champion a high-performance culture

We'll be excited if you have
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of hands-on People Ops generalist experience with a strong knack for HR operations in growth-stage start-ups 
* High business acumen; must be able to identify innovative HR solutions and talent management strategies to support the business objectives 
* Solid knowledge and understanding of HR processes and compliance
* Superb communication skills. High EQ and possess the verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of globally dispersed organizations.
* Detail-oriented and data-driven; you are able to build and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, analyze trends, and influence recommendations
* Operate with urgency in a fast-paced growing environment with excellent prioritization abilities
* Possess strong critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Obsessed with continuous process, systems, and operations efficiency and improvement
* Sense of humor to manage the ambiguity, uncertainty, and changes in a fast-growing startup environment

The role is hybrid in our San Mateo office. 

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000- $140,000. Other factors that impact compensation include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
