As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the Firmex product suite. It'll be your job to support the research and ideation process that ensures we build products that drive commercial growth, the preparation for product launches that maximize product awareness and adoption, the development of pricing and positioning strategies that allow us to sell effectively against competitors, and, on occasion, the coordinated sunsetting of products that have exceeded their useful lifespan. 

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, your role will be to think creatively about the processes and assets we use to collect, collate, and communicate insights about buyers and buying criteria that will drive excellence throughout the organization. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing creativity, strategy, tactics, and analytics.

As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will manage:

    • Product Research: Working hand-in-hand with our Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, be the individual who maintains our buyer and user research processes and distills data-driven insights into relevant assets to communicate this knowledge across our organization
    • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive research to inform our pricing and competitive positioning strategies
    • Product Launch: Support the launch of new products, creating internal and external assets that support product awareness and adoption
    • Communication: Work with our Demand Marketing, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing teams to communicate product value

What you'll need to be successful as a Product Marketing Coordinator:

    • 1-2 years in Product Marketing and/or Product Management, preferably in a technology / software environment
    • Very strong written communication skills
    • A “roll up the sleeves” attitude: a self-starting orientation with the intense drive to “make things happen"
    • A true team player: you can coordinate resources across the entire company and build rapport with key participants in the go-to-market strategy
    • Exceptional research and analytical skills: you’re as comfortable executing ‘voice of the customer’ research as you are with our pulling insights from our business intelligence database
    • Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles and practices such as Agile and Pragmatic Marketing
