In a very fast-paced industry with ever-evolving needs, we’re looking for a full-life cycle recruiter to help us grow the First Round team! You'll further define our recruiting strategy, build diverse candidate pipelines, and manage candidates through the entire process.

As a Recruiter, you will:

    • Partner with hiring managers. You’ll build strong candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers through the recruiting process at First Round. 
    • Create strategic sourcing plans. You’ll build candidate pipelines with an emphasis on sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds.
    • Track and analyze metrics. You’ll track and report on different stage of the hiring process to implement improvements to our existing recruiting strategy. 
    • Act as a talent advisor. You’ll act as the subject matter expert across recruiting for our hiring managers.
    • Manage candidate experience. You’ll consistently deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.

You could be a great Recruiter at First Round if you:

    • Have 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, tech environment. Bonus points if you’re familiar with the venture capital space!
    • Love thinking of creative ways to attract passive candidates. 
    • Are passionate about building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Can context switch quickly from one thing to the next.
    • Have rarely dropped a ball!

Maybe you’ve been an in-house recruiter and you're interested in seeing the technology ecosystem through the lens of an investor. Maybe you’ve been working at a retained search firm and are ready to work inside the exact type of firm you've been partnering with.
