What we are looking for:

The Technical Product Manager will report to the Chief Researcher, working closely with Science, VFX, Production, and Product teams. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the vision and prioritization of research to product road map projects from our Chief Researcher are managed and executed properly. They will be managing the research to product roadmaps for each team in the AI org, to ensure project timelines, and deliveries meet the company KPIs for Applied, Product and Engineering.  This role will be focused on delivering complex project deliveries in 3D Vision, Neural Rendering Compositing, Audio, and Audio Driven Facial Animation. These teams are impacting the delivery for localization and foreign language dubbing solutions across feature films, episodic series, and commercial content.

The Technical Product Manager will be an immediate right hand to the Chief Researcher to oversee the broader umbrella of the AI org, and ensure delivery and GTM strategies are met to the highest standard. This leader must be a forward thinking, and solutions oriented leader and will be responsible for the conceptualization and production of generative AI editing solutions to our global clients. They are required to manage multiple research projects partnering with the Applied Science, Research Science and Data Performance Engineering teams. Critical to this role is having the ability to multi-task, execute, prioritize and communicate effectively with cross functional teams in the US and UK offices.  They must be able to speak with a high aptitude in both technical and creative understanding of what we have built, and how it impacts our clients. Excellent time-management skills, deep knowledge of the latest trends in immersive generative AI production, and experience in managing multiple projects in high volume on a global scale is imperative.  This position reports to the Chief Researcher, and works closely with other key production executives, creatives, and Science Leaders.

Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of project management experience.
    • 3-5 years working within Applied Science and Research Science domains.
    • Completed MS in Visual Computing, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, 3D Vision, or related field industry or research experience with deep learning and computer vision.
    • Experience managing a minimum of 2 successful project roadmaps to market.
    • Knowledge in various generative models for image face synthesis and reconstruction.
    • Proficiency in applied research tasks: Maintaining and versioning production code and datasets.
    • Creating metrics, KPIs, and Project roadmaps.
    • Improving the efficiency of the solutions for teams with various domain expertise.
    • Experience working in collaborative teams comprised of researchers, applied scientists, and platform developers in a Generative AI product environment.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Supported teams with published work in top-tier CV and Graphics conferences e.g. ICCV, CVPR, Siggraph, NeurIPS.
    • Experience developing tools or solutions at scale for multi-modal or audio-driven visual systems in AR/VR or VFX.
    • Familiarity with Transformer, CNN, GAN architectures.
    • Knowledge in GAN, CNN, Diffusion models and NerFs.
$180,000 - $225,000 a year
