Flawless is looking for a Visual Dubbing Supervisor to head up projects and lead a team of Post Production Specialists. Qualifications
- Ingest/process media and set up projects while adhering to established organizational guidelines
- Task and team management
- Work closely with the Production Lead to ensure deadlines and high-quality standards are met
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire Vubbing process to assist with problem-solving as necessary
- QC and approval of every stage of the Vubbing process
- Liaise with UK supervisors to streamline processes in an ongoing fashion
- Shotgun / ShotGrid (preferable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Applicants should meet 5 or more of the following requirements:
- DaVinci Resolve (as an editing tool, rather than color correction)
- Fusion and knowledge of node-based tools
- Shotgrid (/Shotgun) or other task management database
- Experience in TV/film post-production workflow (from shot footage to final delivery)
- Experience in picture QC/review processes.
- Knowledge of file formats (esp. EXR)
- Knowledge of colorspace (esp. ACES)
- 1yr+ experience overseeing a team of 3 or more people in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements
- Good communication skills
- (bonus) Interest in language/linguistics
