The Flawless People Team

It’s an exciting time to join the Flawless People Team. We’re currently a team of two, based in London, and we work very closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, in Santa Monica, CA and both TA teams in the US and UK. We’re responsible for everything from designing the employee experience and partnering with business leaders to looking after the day to day operational People processes. We’re a close-knit team and we place a lot of value on teamwork, but we equally have autonomy to lead on each of our areas of accountability. Our principles are:
Everything we do is aligned with the business, people as a product; we’re human centered.

Our People strategy is focused on putting in place the People fundamentals to enable the business to grow and our employees to be at their best. Current programs include manager development and career paths and we have exciting plans to build on our performance and compensation frameworks later in the year.

Role overview
You’ll be the People Partner for our US-based employees and will partner with a diverse and growing team of 75 Research and Applied Scientists, VFX and Post-Production Specialists and Commercial team members. You’re joining the team at an early stage and will play a key role in shaping our culture and be a part of building the People processes from scratch.
This is a generalist role covering a mix of business partnering, people projects and people operations, and, depending on what you’re most passionate about and your skillset, there will also be opportunities to lead on company-wide people initiatives across all of Flawless.

    • Partner with leaders in the US on the design of career frameworks for employees
    • Lead on the local rollout of global People initiatives
