What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a Product Manager to own and execute the Refinement product roadmap. Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about learning and evolving—transforming breakthroughs in AI and production workflows into intuitive, future-ready tools that push creative boundaries. You’ll thrive if you love crafting intuitive visual experiences that enhance creative flexibility and set new industry standards. As you partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, production, and creative teams, you’ll prioritize initiatives, refine requirements, and leverage data and customer feedback to continually raise the bar. Your ultimate goal: empower creators, inspire innovation, and help elevate the art of visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

    • Roadmap Execution: Drive the Refinement product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that empower filmmakers and creatives to produce high-quality content at scale whilst delivering meaningful business value for Flawless
    • Requirements & Delivery: Translate strategic goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring features meet the film industry’s high quality standards, integrate seamlessly with new AI modules, and ship on time.
    • Customer Insight & Validation: Conduct user research and interviews with filmmakers, editors, and other industry professionals to validate assumptions and guide product decisions that address real-world production and post-production challenges.
    • Data-Driven Improvements: Define success metrics, track performance across our creative workflows, and leverage data insights to refine AI-driven capabilities, improving both efficiency and visual quality.
    • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on roadmap progress, proactively address challenges, and manage expectations.
    • Market & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, using these insights to keep the roadmap relevant and differentiated.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
    • Demonstrated success driving complex products from conception to launch.
    • A technical background or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts is a plus.
    • Proven ability to design outcome-based metrics and successfully align product strategies with business objectives.
    • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills, with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen understanding of how to derive meaningful insights from data.
Interview Process 
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together.

Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other: 
Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)

Hiring Manager Screen: 45-60 minutes digging into your past experience. Primarily asking you to talk through your past work. We will want you to talk in depth about products you have worked and understand how you are able to evaluate them, think about how they might be improved and the different people you have worked with to build them

Team Interview: 1.5 hours onsite Interview where you will meet variety of your potential future colleagues. Here we will try to understand how you collaborate and work in XFN teams. We will also ask you to critically evaluate our existing product and use this as a base to explore how you think about products and problem solve.

Your Recruiter and hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 4 to 6 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
