Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plans and business development strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with prospective families.
Oversee the CRM system ensuring its effective application by all stakeholders.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with enrollment targets.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve goals.
$90,000 - $140,000 a year
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
8-12 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, Director, or similar role, with direct reports.
Extensive experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.  Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale social medial campaigns.
Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Kakao Talk), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems.
