The Digital Native team at FLEXE is looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our department. This team works with ongoing clients looking to supplement or outsource their fulfillment operations for eCommerce and retail distribution. Because most of our clients use us in an ongoing fashion, there is an emphasis on account management and relationship building. An ideal candidate is not only knowledgeable about the inner workings of supply chain and warehousing, but also comfortable communicating to customers at all levels, and approaches issues with empathy.  

As a Senior Coordinator, your responsibilities will focus on managing the day to day operations for large accounts in terms of scale and complexity, being an expert user of the FLEXE platform, and recommending process and product improvements. You will also be tasked as a mentor to fellow teammates on best practices ranging from warehouse escalations, quality improvements, and SOP’s to name a few. 

Senior Coordinators are champions of the FLEXE platform, and confidently engage in multiple tasks daily. These tasks can range from developing a training plan for junior coordinators in the morning, to implementing a new account in the afternoon, all while focused on account management and continuous improvement. Your strong and consistent communication style will be used to effectively relay information internally and externally to help drive operational success.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience with the operations, customer service, or management of a warehouse required. Ideally, team lead or supervisory experience included.
    • Ability to drive collaboration across teams and provide guidance to junior operations members.
    • Detail oriented, multi-tasker. Candidate will drive operations account wide, across time zones, while simultaneously guiding the training of their team to ensure success.
    • A demonstrated ability to create, publish, and administer SOPs, and conduct risk management for operational processes.
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, G Suite, and warehouse management systems. An understanding (flow structure, how to do an inquiry) of SQL with regards to databases and reporting strongly valued.
    • Customer service/client facing experience and the ability to interface with executive management and customer contacts. Ability to guide operational conversations and collaborate with leadership from other internal teams.
    • Confidence in learning new software and educating clients on how it works.
    • Depending on account and implementation needs, travel can be expected, typically in 2-3 day stints as needed. Ability to lead junior coordinators and development resources on site.
