Flipagram seeks a HR intern to help support recruiting and HR operations. You will be responsible for managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process and supporting various HR operations projects. This position is an internship position.

Recruiting Responsibilities:

    • Manage the schedule and coordination for phone interviews and on-site interviews utilizing internal candidate tracking systems, both in English and Mandarin
    • Schedule interviewers, including emailing candidates and sending calendar invites to both interviewers and candidates
    • Greet applicants upon arrival and walk them out after their interview, ensure the quality of their interview experience
    • Track interview results and ensure timely submission of interview feedback and hiring decisions. Maintain a complete record of interviews and track recruiting data
    • Monitor job postings and post new jobs to various job sites

HR Operations Responsibilities:

    • Digitizing employee files and keeping them up to date
    • Prepare all documentation for new hire on-boarding and track timely submission of new hire paperwork
    • Support the preparation of all immigration paperwork
    • Provide administrative support as needed for other operational work, such as payroll or benefits

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or other relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR associate, or other relevant administrative role
    • Excellent communication skills, including strong English writing skills
    • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline; Willingness and ability to respond quickly and calmly to shifting priorities
    • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems and LinkedIn a plus
    • Familiarity with HR systems for payroll or benefits a plus
    • Mandarin fluency required
