The Opportunity: As Brand Onboarding Specialist at Flip, your main responsibility is to onboard brands to Flip by assisting them connect their existing storefront on various commerce platforms to Flip. Furthermore, the specialist will provide walk throughs and ways to be successful on Flip. This is a high profile role with the specialist being a brand’s first impression of Flip.

Location: Office based out of our Los Angeles HQ.

Responsibilities

    • Perform onboarding calls, connect and introduce brands to Flip.
    • Collaborate with brands and technology partners to understand and diagnose integration challenges.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce integration issues during live session.
    • Collect video evidence of the issues encountered during onboarding.
    • Support Brands post and pre-onboarding by providing timely responses.
    • Timely escalation of issues and prioritization.
    • Clearly communicate Flip’s policies, programs.
    • Support in developing and refining onboarding documentation.
    • Assist in the self-onboarding process.
    • Expertise in all integration platforms used by Flip.

Requirements

    • 2 years experience managing e-commerce operations highly desired.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams.
    • A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
    • Proficient with excel and google office suite.
    • Exceptional presentation skills.
    • Ability to present confidently on video meetings.
$65,000 - $80,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
