As a Digital Marketing Lead at Flipster
You will spearhead user acquisition and retention strategies driving growth through data-informed and full-funnel campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally to launch regionally tailored initiatives, especially for APAC markets, while optimizing conversion and increasing user retention. With a strong focus on experimentation and creative strategy, you will lead the development of impactful landing pages, ad creatives, and lifecycle marketing flows by staying ahead of crypto trends and leveraging analytics to identify new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, lead, and coordinate full-funnel user acquisition campaigns, and optimize customer acquisition funnels to reduce CAC and increase user retention
- Drive cross-functional efforts that result in measurable acquisition growth.
- Propose campaign angles based on product features, market moments, and user insights.
- Champion test-and-learn culture across markets and channels.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ship high-quality landing pages, ad creatives, and email flows
- Adapt and tailor campaign ideas to APAC markets with strong cultural and user behavior awareness.
- Track KPIs, generate growth reports, and iterate based on data insights and market trends
- Stay ahead of crypto trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to spot new opportunities
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with 2+ years in crypto, fintech, or Web3
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through paid and organic channels
- Demonstrated ability to drive user growth through creative, cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Experience launching and scaling campaigns across regions, ideally in crypto, fintech, or Web3
- Excellent creative judgment and understanding of what drives conversion, engagement, and virality
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards (Looker, GA4, Dune, etc.)
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3
