As a Senior Content Manager at Flipster
You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive growth and traffic through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will focus on aligning creative content strategies with broader marketing objectives and contributing to the achievement of cross-team campaign goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to co-create and implement marketing campaigns that make a lasting impact on the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across various digital channels to drive traffic, ensuring brand consistency in voice and messaging.
- Align creative content strategies with overarching marketing objectives and contribute to achieving cross-team campaign goals.
- Work closely with design, product, and BD teams to ensure alignment across all content and marketing materials.
- Create and manage detailed content calendars, tailoring formats and styles to support different marketing initiatives.
- Write compelling content for email campaigns, website materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics across digital platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness and engagement.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification
- 4–5 years of experience in content marketing or a related role, with a proven history of boosting engagement and generating leads.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Deep understanding of the crypto space and blockchain technology.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in crafting and executing content strategies that deliver results across various social media platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing social media analytics tools to monitor performance and refine content strategies.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player, with experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
