As a SEO Specialist at Flipster
You will be part of the implementation of a robust SEO strategy to grow our organic traffic and new users. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will help steer the company’s organic search performance to new heights. As a startup, we are scaling fast and the approach to SEO will need to change alongside our rapid growth. We are looking for a dedicated SEO manager who will help take the lead in optimizing our online visibility and driving organic growth in the competitive fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

    • Build and develop SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize online visibility.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to implement SEO improvements. 
    • Develop strategies of link building plans to enhance website’s authority and ensure healthy long term inflow of links.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and be on top of industry trends to adapt new strategies to align with search algorithm changes.
    • Conduct and create reports on key performance metrics to provide actionable insights and enhance results.
    • Develop content strategies with the PR team to help create SEO friendly content to maximize organic search. 

Qualifications

    • Minimum three years of SEO experience working on global sites in the fintech industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
    • Technical understanding of website development and SEO implications.
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Preferred

    • Experience in web3, the crypto industry.
    • Self-driven and proactive personality.
