The Revenue Operations Database Manager will be critical in managing our revenue data, ensuring data integrity, and driving data governance initiatives to support FloQast’s revenue goals. Partnering with business and system owners involved in sales, support, and renewal processes, you will devise and execute a strategy to establish robust data governance and quality standards across critical business processes, reporting, and analytics.  The Database Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify gaps, develop strategic solutions, and implement processes for continuous data integrity.  Additionally, the Database Manager will oversee various data-driven CRM activities and cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement within the organization.

What You’ll Do

    • Manage and drive data governance across all databases supporting revenue functions, ensuring adherence to data quality standards and processes
    • Partner with key stakeholders to identify data gaps and provide strategic solutions, fostering team collaboration and alignment
    • Create processes and procedures for maintaining continuous data integrity, including updating, deduping, and cleaning data in our core CRM (Salesforce)
    • Oversee strategy and project management for various data-driven CRM activities, including management of our data enrichment vendors, data enrichment strategy, and data governance
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focusing on providing solutions and delivering results to support revenue goals
    • Provide deep analysis of our data to support Go-To-Market initiatives, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making
    • Act as the point of contact for ​​guiding cross-functional partners on data required for their reports and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
    • Deep knowledge of data enrichment vendors like Zoominfo, Cognism, Clearbit, etc.
    • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You’ll Need to Have

    • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, data-related functions, or equivalent roles within a Go-To-Market organization
    • 2+ years of experience in a Database role, with a strong track record of driving data governance initiatives
    • Self-starter who can organize and prioritize efforts for maximum effectiveness in a fast-paced environment while being responsive to evolving business needs
    • Deep knowledge of data enrichment vendors such as Zoominfo, Cognism, RingLead, LeadLander, etc.
    • A passion for data and a solid commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality
    • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines across multiple teams and manage expectations effectively
    • Excellent execution and ability to drive work to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000- $150,000.  Compensation is not limited to base salary.
