Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and operating reports and preparing forecasts and analysis to identify trends and issues. This role will interact with key stakeholders to present timely and accurate reports and dashboards and work to streamline procedures, improve efficiencies and resolve issues. This role is within the Corporate FP&A org within the office of the CFO and spans both G&A business partner support as well as corporate finance activities.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

What You'll Do

    • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
    • Business Analysis: Maintain dashboards and track key metrics to help inform business decisions.
    • Financial Modeling: Assist in building ad-hoc financial models for scenario planning and analysis.
    • Business Partnering: Collaborate with G&A teams (Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, HR, Recruiting, IT, Facilities) to provide budgeting support and financial insights.
    • Annual Planning: Support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination across departments.
    • Forecast Consolidation: Coordinate with various finance teams to lead the consolidation of forecasts and ensure alignment across functions.
    • Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis: Help conduct industry benchmarking and analyze competitor performance to support strategic recommendations.
    • Executive Presentations: Create presentations that distill complex financial data into clear, concise charts and tables for senior leadership.
    • Investor Relations: Assist with investor relations by supporting the preparation of key external metrics and materials.

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 4+ years of Finance and Accounting experience, including managing operating expenses
    • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced, multitasking environments
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for consolidating and coordinating inputs across functions
    • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration across all levels of management
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident presenting to leadership
    • Used tools like ChatGPT or Excel AI to enhance productivity and speed up routine tasks
    • 3+ years of experience with ERP & Financial Planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment)
    • Naturally curious, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Nice to haves:

    • Experience within the SaaS/Software industry preferred

The base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000.  This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
