FloQast is looking for a Benefits Programs Contractor to support the administration of our global benefits programs. This contract role will focus on ensuring a great employee experience through efficient administration and support of various benefits programs.
This will be a 1099 fixed term US based remote contract paying $60-70 per hour with expected 35-40 hours per week for approximately 6-7 months.
What You'll Do:
- Manage global benefits programs end-to-end: administration, vendor management and procurement, data cleanliness, QLEs, and employee support.
- Manage and support Leave of Absence programs with the wider People team ensuring efficiency, consistent experience for employees, and compliance.
- Audit benefits data to ensure accuracy for enrollments, QLEs, invoices etc.
- Assist in developing and leading education and communication strategies to enable employees to comprehend and successfully utilize our benefit programs.
- Promote employee utilization of the resources available to them for benefits assistance, education, and claims support.
- Support the monitoring and reporting on benefits plan performance, utilization, and employee satisfaction to identify trends, cost drivers, and areas for improvement.
- Manage annual benefit renewals and open enrollment programs which include employee comms, file feeds, reporting and billing, and enrollment technology setup and testing.
- Help ensure compliance with all applicable regulations to ensure risk is mitigated.
- Coordinate benefits programs across different countries and regions with an eye for some level of consistency while accommodating local needs, competitiveness and regulations.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of benefits program documentation such as descriptions, workflows, policies, guidelines etc.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of successful proven experience as a global Benefits Manager or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of benefits and healthcare in the US and UK are required with relevant exposure to AUS and Canada.
- Strong understanding and practical application of international benefits rules and regulations with an emphasis on the USA and UK.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data using basic and intermediate analysis techniques in MS Excel / Google Sheets (sort/filter, vlookups, index/match, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to successfully interact with various levels of the organization such as Individual Contributors, Managers, Finance leaders and more.
- Strong project management skills to drive tasks and projects to completion.
- Practical experience with UKG ProExperience with GSuite, Slack, and Zoom applications or other similar collaboration tools is a must.
- SaaS industry experience is a strong plus
