We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our national sales efforts targeting small and medium-sized independent primary care practices interested in value-based care (VBC) contracting. Your primary goal will be to set up qualified meetings for our outbound sales team and support their activities remotely.
Additionally, during periods of lower SDR activity, this role will also provide executive support to sales leadership. This includes assisting with presentation development, managing sales collateral, tracking key business metrics, and handling administrative tasks that help optimize team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Development:
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to primary care practice leaders and decision-makers.
- Qualify potential prospects and effectively schedule discovery meetings.
- Work closely with our sales team, providing logistical support remotely.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Achieve clearly defined weekly and monthly targets for scheduled meetings.
Executive & Sales Team Support:
- Assist sales leadership with data entry, reporting, and CRM maintenance.
- Prepare sales presentations and maintain/update collateral for prospecting efforts.
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Help track key sales and business performance metrics, ensuring reports are updated.
- Provide general administrative assistance to sales executives as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development—ideally in healthcare or health-tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive and persistent while maintaining empathy.
- Familiarity with healthcare practices, VBC contracting, or medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Proven experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools to support reporting and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us:
- Immediate start with clear opportunities for professional growth.
- Competitive compensation (salary + bonus structure tied to performance).
- Remote-first, collaborative team culture committed to making a positive impact on primary healthcare.
- Exposure to both sales development and executive-level operations, creating strong career advancement potential.
