Title: Director, Growth

Company Background
Florence Health is a health care company built on an advanced technology platform, Nightingale. The company takes total cost of care risk for patients on the platform in partnership with the government and other payers, and leverages its technology to improve primary care outcomes through a network of independent affiliated practices as well as select staff-model Florence-branded clinics operated with strategic partners. The Company's core Nightingale technology architecture is the result of years of prior research and development by the founding team in the area of health care data and patient records.

Role Responsibilities and Goals:
[1] Ultimate ownership and accountability for growth in providers and patients on the platform. This includes driving success in both adding individual practices to the platform ("direct-to-practice" growth), as well developing larger partnerships with IPAs and ACOs ( "enterprise" growth).

[2] Be a "frontlines" leader, not simply delegating and leading others, but being a demonstrative manager as well: rolling up your sleeves and doing individual contributor work alongside growth team members, both as a means of setting examples and training others, but also importantly as a means of continual direct exposure and testing/validating growth strategies and tactics in order to inform broader team and company execution planning.

[3] A ultra-competitive mindset, with ambition to not only win with existing team/resources, but also use revenue/profit generated by business development wins to reinvest back into expansion of the team/resources in order to drive "hockey stick" growth.

The position will report directly to the CEO, and will collaborate closely with both the CEO and Head of Corporate Development.

Role Qualifications and Skills Required:
[1] Minimum 5-10 years' experience in sales and growth roles, including at least 2 years in a value-based care business development role focused on contracting with the independent provider segment in particular (including practices directly and IPAs)

[2] Ambition to help create a great company by building a top-performing platform growth team, without being deterred or put off by the amount of work or challenges along the way

Role Benefits & Compensation
[1] Stock option grants, giving access to substantial upside commensurate with contribution

[2] Competitive salary, bonus and standard benefits

[3] Unique opportunity to work alongside dynamic leaders with a clear vision, committed to building a great company with substantial upside for key contributors

All bonuses and compensation will be tied to topline growth (the number of practices and patients on the platform).

What to expect in the interview process for this role:
Only full-time onsite candidates are being considered for this role (no remote hires), although additional relocation compensation is included for out-of-market candidates. Given the importance of this role as a core team member, the interview process will combine informational intro/interview sessions, with 1-2 in-person meetings with the Company's leadership, including the CEO and the Head of Corporate Development. If you have any other questions before applying or along the way, please email Savanna Lay, Director of Recruiting, at savanna.lay@florencehealth.com.
