About the Company
Flow aims to create a superior living environment that enhances the lives of our residents and communities by developing, acquiring, owning, and managing multifamily apartment buildings and the services and technology inside those buildings.

Fulfilling our mission will require an exceptional group of people whose collective output is greater than the sum of its individual parts. Our team members are energized by the opportunity to impact our residents’ lives in meaningful ways. They are bold and creatively ambitious, driven by relentlessly high standards, act with a sense of urgency and accountability, and always, above all, operate with integrity, loyalty, and trust.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced project manager who will track, manage, and lead a variety of projects. A super organized human who excels at setting and managing vendor and team expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks. The role requires the ability to work across a wide array of jobs, such as merchandise management, photo shoot coordination, in-building project needs, and managing and developing marketing materials.

    • Monitor and track department performance against goals and objectives to ensure that expectations are met and exceeded
    • Assist with creation and beautification of internal and external presentations
    • Alongside directors, develop and manage short- and long-term operational budgets, and advise when additional budget staffing, or assistance is needed
    • Ensure team members across the organization are aligned and informed of expectations, dates, budgets, and other metrics toward smooth execution of initiatives
    • Work with merchandise production companies and vendors to bring to life a fun and unique product line for Flow and our magazine (e.g., tees, hoodies, workout gear, candles, drinkware) from concept to design to fulfillment to inventory management
    • Demonstrate dedication to building and growing a strong and sustainable team environment.

Ideal Background

    • 4+ years of related experience
    • Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong understanding and skills in timeline creation and management, client communication, and digital, print, event, and experiential project management

    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Proficient in Keynote or Google Slides, bonus if able to do basic work in Adobe Creative Suite.
