About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of Flow Studio projects. Working under the guidance of a senior project manager, your responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, progress tracking, managing resources, implementing minor design revisions and updates, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the Flow standard. 

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of 20–30 large-scale projects with fluid timelines, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
    • Maintain detailed project plans and calendars—tracking budgets, resources, milestones, and vendor commitments.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure marketing, leasing, facility operations, social/media/content, and building services are all updated on the latest timing and deliverables
    • Work closely with other stakeholders to help the Studio team gather all the relevant info necessary to execute the brand vision across various deliverables.
    • Additional support on basic Adobe Suite and Canva design updates, revision, production, photoshoots, and content creation,
    • Assist with production and vendor relations for physical deliverables including on-site building needs and events.
    • Support post-activation debriefs and handoffs—collecting feedback, asset libraries (photos, recaps, press docs), and insights for continuous improvement.

Ideal Background:

    • 2–3 years of experience in project management, marketing, and project coordination.
    • Excellent organizational discipline—comfortable managing multiple moving pieces and shifting priorities.
    • Strong communicator who builds relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners—both in person and virtually.
    • Excitement for branding, experiential marketing, content creation, event management, and contributing to creating a fun work culture.
    • Eye for detail—reviewing copy, identifying what’s missing, asking questions.
    • Tech-savvy—familiar with Monday.com (or similar project management tools), Sheets/Excel, Dropbox, Keynote and Slack. Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva. Comfortable learning new software and tools.
    • Collaborative nature—thrives in energized, high‑volume environments where creativity and rigor must co-exist.
    • Located in or willing to relocate to Miami or the Miami area.
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
