About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and join our efforts in turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive business performance. As a data analyst at Flow, you will be responsible for creating metrics to validate performance, storytelling through data visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization. Also, you will have an opportunity to build a data culture from the ground up.
This position is based in our NYC office with an expectation of an onsite presence four days per week.

Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of data analyses, models and statistical techniques to uncover insights, trends and opportunities
- Design, build and maintain complex data dashboards and reports using enterprise business intelligence tools to present actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data requirements, and ensure accurate and relevant data presentations
- Provide guidance on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices
Ideal Background
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related field with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes, plus if you have worked within a start-up
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python / Pandas
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to present insights from analysis - previous experience with enterprise business intelligence tools, such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker
- Exceptional ability to clearly articulate data analyses,, both verbally and in written form
- A team player who can easily adapt and be flexible with a wide scope of responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving goals
- Proven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an owner
- Experience building in fast-moving environments and a strong desire to thrive in an early stage startup
- Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through — you can’t help but ask “why?” and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions
$130,000 - $160,000 a year
