About the Role
As the Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chains. Your primary objectives will include monitoring supply chains and shipments, engaging in regular communication with clients, ensuring timely schedules for client orders, maintaining accurate records, promptly addressing errors to promote client satisfaction, and managing inventory databases.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments to meet client requirements
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and shipping documents, including bills and invoices
- Identify and address shipping errors promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction
- Oversee production timelines to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Receive orders and update inventory databases accordingly
- Engage in regular communication with clients to provide updates on shipment statuses and address any concerns or inquiries
- Maintain accurate and consistent records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant logistics data
- Utilize research and analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and vendors to resolve logistical issues and improve overall efficiency
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to logistics challenges
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve logistics performance
- Utilize common logistics management software to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Multitask effectively, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

$110,000 - $120,000 a year
