About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking Miami based Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to shoot and edit social-first content, come up with creative ideas from conception to execution, and has experience with B2C social campaigns. The successful candidate will be a trendsetter, capable of translating cultural trends into compelling content strategies that resonate with our target demographic. Your focus will be on content creation from within the Flow buildings and events—bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life across all platforms.

Responsibilities
• Proven experience as a content creator or similar role with a focus on B2C social media campaigns.
• Create original, engaging social-first content (videos, photos, graphics) specifically designed for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Shoot and edit social media content using iPhone and other cameras (if needed), ensuring everything is optimized for each platform’s best practices.
Attend on-site events at Flow Buildings in Miami and Fort Lauderdale to capture engaging content and highlight key moments.
• Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, while contributing to larger creative campaigns with your unique ideas.
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas from concept through to completion, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Stay up to date with cultural trends, social media trends, and platform updates to ensure our content is relevant, timely, and engaging.
• Work with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure that all creative content aligns with broader brand and marketing goals.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on social media metrics, collaborating with the social media manager to ensure continued success.
• Stay informed about the latest algorithms and changes on social media platforms to optimize content performance.

Ideal Background
• Strong ability to shoot and edit video and photo content using iPhone,  and other tools.Proficient in using content creation software, including Canva, TikTok, CapCut, Adobe, InShot, and more.
• Skilled in capturing a wide range of content, including events, architectural designs, and product imagery.
• Skilled in time management, effectively handling tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their unique content formats.
• A highly creative thinker who can generate new ideas and execute them in engaging, shareable content.
• Strong knowledge of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, with an understanding of what captures attention and sparks engagement.
• Highly aware of and engaged with pop culture, trends, and the broader cultural landscape.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Experience working with social media metrics and performance analytics to continuously optimize content strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider social team.
• Able to regularly travel to and from Miami and Fort Lauderdale, to surrounding areas, and cover various company events throughout the year.
