About the Role

We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist who understands how to intercept customer demand with clarity, precision, and velocity. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it role. It’s for someone who’s constantly optimizing, constantly learning, and who sees every keyword, extension, and landing page as a lever for growth. If you’ve helped performance-minded brands in real estate, hospitality, or subscription products win on Google, you’re already speaking our language.

Applicants must bring real examples of how they've driven efficient performance in Google Ads.

This role is based full time at Flow's Miami HQ in Bay Harbor Islands

Responsibilities:

    • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
    • Own keyword research, bidding strategy, audience layers, and daily performance tuning.
    • Collaborate on landing page tests and CRO, working closely with product and creative.
    • Monitor quality scores, conversion paths, and budget pacing to drive profitable scale.
    • Ensure airtight tagging and attribution for clean downstream reporting.
    • Communicate performance updates with clarity and speed.
    • Act as a trusted partner to growth, brand, and leadership—translating data into decisions.

Ideal Background:

    • 5–10+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale.
    • Mastery of Search, Display, and PMAX campaign mechanics
    • Proven ability to drive results against CPA, ROAS, and CAC goals.
    • Skilled in ad copywriting, intent mapping, and funnel-based strategy.
    • Experience working alongside product teams to develop and refine high-performing assets.
    • Deep knowledge of conversion optimization and custom event mapping.
    • Preference for those with domain experience in real estate, hospitality, or recurring revenue models.
    • Highly autonomous, execution-focused, and relentlessly curious about what works.
