About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager, Architectural to lead and execute high-quality interior fit-out projects across our dynamic portfolio of buildings in South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and execution, with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering spaces that meet brand, budget, and schedule goals.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from design through construction, ensuring quality, design integrity, and operational readiness.
- Design Oversight: Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to manage the design development process, ensuring alignment with the project’s vision and goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and drive value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate milestones, and manage the project team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact across cross-functional teams including internal leadership, design, construction, procurement, and operations.
- Construction Administration: Oversee construction progress, manage RFIs and submittals, conduct site visits, and ensure fit-out work meets quality standards and codes.
- Procurement Support: Work with procurement teams on FF&E packages and long-lead items to ensure seamless integration with construction timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, multi-family, or commercial real estate.
- Proven experience leading all phases of design and construction for interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and project delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software
- Licensed Architect or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with design-forward, branded environments preferred.
- Familiarity with South Florida building codes and permitting processes highly preferred.
