    • Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers, product development teams, and external certification bodies to develop and implement effective EMC solutions and enhance product performance.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on test results, including recommendations for improvements, ensuring full documentation of compliance processes.

What you will bring to Fluence:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in EMC testing, analysis, and troubleshooting, preferably within energy storage or power electronics.
    • Strong knowledge of EMC standards, testing methods, and industry best practices.
    • Familiarity with energy storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power electronics.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
    • This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the renewable energy industry while ensuring the highest performance and reliability standards.
