What You'll Do
- Execute assigned tasks including perform month-end closing procedures, manage daily banking activities, Oversee revenue recognition and reporting.
- Handle tax compliance and reporting.
- Serve as a generalist in both general ledger and cost accounting functions.
- Experience with cost accounting is a plus
- Maintain and support IT systems related to accounting functions.
- Manage credit card transactions and reconciliations.
- Experience with Dynamics - Business Central is advantageous.
- Provide support for inventory management, including on-site and off-site inventory.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills by independently identifying and resolving issues before escalation, showcasing initiative and resourcefulness.
- Actively participate in discussions, providing valuable insights and implementing innovative ideas to enhance accounting processes and overall organizational efficiency.
What You'll Need to Have
- Minimum of 8-10 years of accounting experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (5 years)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot table, VLOOKUPS essential for data analysis and reporting
- The ability to effectively communicate complex financial information ensuring clarity and comprehension
- Working knowledge of Dynamics – Business Central
- Prior experience with managing payroll a plus

Salary: $115,000- $125,000
