About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sales professional to join our team! What You'll Do

    • Manage sales activity and performance reporting, account, and territory assignments, driving sales process improvement, and effective administrative processes for the sales team.
    • Develop and execute testing strategies to drive business for equine veterinary customers.
    • Collect testing and procedural requirements related to equine patient care from potential and current customers or partners.
    • Present technical concepts and solutions regarding Fluxergy products.
    • Manage customer pipeline and activities related to pipeline.
    • Create customer facing materials that increase percentage of conversion and retention.
    • Manage onboarding and transition of converted customers to account management team while assisting in growth and relationship of accounts.
    • Lead generation, development, cold calling, identifying problems and presenting solutions for customer applications.

What You'll Need to Have

    • About 3+ years of Sales or related experience
    • New Account development and management
    • Experience in equine, veterinary or animal sciences space a plus!
    • Define, report, and continuously improve on team KPIs (MQL to SQL conversion rates, efficacy of outbound efforts, lead campaigns, etc.)
    • Collaborate with our SalesOps Team to improve and enhance internal reporting.
    • Develop and refine our inbound and outbound sales development motions.
    • Advocate for our prospects with internal stakeholders.

Base Pay: $75,000/yr
