Job Summary
The position of Bilingual Talent Acquisition Administrator (Spanish/English) is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of Skills Trades recruitment and staffing for the Canadian Operations of the Flynn Group of Companies. Reporting to the Field Recruitment Manager, the Talent Acquisition Administrator, must be prepared to work independently and as part of a North American team in areas of skilled trades recruiting and assisting the Immigration team.

Responsibilities
·         Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified overseas and local field candidates; sourcing applicants (nationally and internationally).
·         Screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided; liaising between management and the candidates.
·         Translating immigration & recruitment interviews from Spanish to English.
·         Building relations with Spanish speaking applicants and being their main point of contact.
·         Develop partnerships with hiring managers and HR Partners to set the direction and understands the hiring needs to execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s key functions.
·         Create reports and presentation on HR Recruitment Metrics.
·         Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date and consistent across all platforms.

Qualifications and Skills required
·         Fluent in Spanish/English.
·         An Honors Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Graduate diploma in Human Resources.
·         Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment required.
·         Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
·         Ability to adapt to changing environments and always maintaining a high sense of urgency.
·         High levels of organization and attention to detail when handling confidential and large volumes of information.
·         Ability to communicate effectively and meaningfully to a variety of groups.
·         Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite Functions- Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

Terms of Employment
·       Permanent full time at 40 hours a week
·       Salary $61,360 to $66,360 a year, depending on qualification and experience
·       Benefits include: Extended Medical, Dental, Accidental Death & Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, as well as optional Registered Retirement Savings Plan & Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan with company contribution up to $2500 annually.
