Day in the Life
· Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling, coordinating and tracking deliveries
· Attend hand off & autopsy meetings
· Work with PM and Estimator to prepare a comprehensive material list for the project
· Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders
· Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds and insurances
· Fill out warranties and send close out packages
· Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (ie. forecasting, planning, analysis, etc)
What We are Seeking
· Excellent communication skills
· English/French bilingualism both written and spoken is a must
· Understand direction and be dependable to follow through
· General Project Management/construction knowledge
· Microsoft Office
· Ability to read drawings
· Organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a team
