A Day in the Life:
-Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects
-Follow up on single scope projects
-Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets
-Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process
-Communicate frequently with Estimating team to obtain and share knowledge and information

What You Bring:
-Educational background in an Architectural Technology or Construction Project Management program
-Good communication (verbal & written)
-Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, AUTOCad , excel, word, etc.)
-Basic estimating/mathematical skills
-Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
-Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
