As a Glazing Service technician, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store-front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. Candidates must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures.

·        Install/repair/replace various commercial glazing systems, including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors, hardware, glass handrails, skylights, and more.

·        Work collaboratively  with field crews on various projects

·        Manage and delegate day-to-day job site operations while enforcing quality control and encourage best practices

·        Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects

·        Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance. 

·        On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule)

·        Follow all safety rules and procedures

·        1+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors and hardware

·        Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps

·        Previous experience using fall-restraint equipment and safety gear (PPE)

·        Able to lift heavy material on a regular basis

·        Comfortable working from heights & working outdoors year-round

·        Open to on-call availability

·        Pass a background check and drug screening

·        Reliable transportation
