Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Roofing Superintendent to support our Kelowna Branch located in Lake Country, BC (Office Location - 8775 1 Jim Bailey Crescent, Unit D, Lake Country BC, V4V 1L7), reporting to the Branch Manager.
Day in the Life
- Schedule & manage crews on site
- Assist in the hiring and separation of field employees
- Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan
- Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery
- Coach & mentor crews
- Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project
