Fnatic is one of the biggest names in esports with a partnership roster full of some of the world’s leading brands, including ASOS, BMW, L’Oreal, Hisense and Crypto.com. As Partnerships Executive you’ll build relationships with global brands and partner with them to create authentic connections with highly engaged youth audiences. You’ll consistently deliver best-in-class servicing and account management for brand partners and licensees, through high touch day-to-day support, a strong service mentality, and by working closely with Fnatic’s Partner Marketing team to deliver game-changing activations.
As we bring on more partners (and scale our relationship with existing partners), we're looking for a hungry and enthusiastic Partner Success Executive to throw themselves into the world of esports and contribute to our ability to deliver success for brands through industry-leading partnership management.
Your mission is to:
- Support Partner Success colleagues in servicing partner needs and providing best-in-class account management, including delivering planning sessions, rights implementation, partner communications, reporting and evaluation
- Work closely with Fnatic's Partner Marketing team, gathering timely updates for partners during activations and ensuring contractual deliverables are executed on time and on budget
- Own relationships with selected partners, delivering world class account management with a view to scaling and building long-lasting partnerships
- Assist in new partner onboarding, and help educate Fnatics about the scope and potential of the partnership
- Coordinate partner communications and deliver timely updates about Fnatic and the broader esports ecosystem
- Provide on-site assistance for partners at major events, gaming experiences, expos and viewing parties
- Manage rights tracking documents for partners and ensure deliverables are planned and executed within the term
- Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to generate partner insights and provide accurate views of ROI and rights delivery
- Assist preparation for regular business reviews with partners, coordinating internal teams to showcase outcomes and Fnatic’s capabilities
- Learn from partner feedback to drive continual improvement of Fnatic's commercial offering
- Lead on ad-hoc partner projects as directed by the Partner Success Lead
We're looking for:
- Experience supporting account/relationship management, ideally in a digital agency, media or rights-holder environment
- An engaging personality that naturally builds strong relationships
- Self-awareness and honesty in evaluating how you can improve
- Comfort working in a hands-on, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape desirable (but not essential)
- Strong analytic skills and affinity for data
- An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to provide high-touch partner care when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
