Fnatic is one of the biggest names in esports and continuing to grow as we enter new markets and new titles. Key to Fnatic’s success is the ability to acquire and deliver value to partners, that in turn support Fnatic's commercial goals. As we bring on more partners (and scale our relationship with existing partners), we're looking for a hungry and enthusiastic Partnerships Executive to throw themselves into the world of esports and contribute to our ability to deliver success for brands through industry-leading partnership management.

Your mission is to:

    • Support Partnerships Managers in servicing partner needs, including report generation, contributing to regular planning sessions and keeping partners aware of Fnatic developments
    • Contribute to ideation sessions and look to bring concepts to the table that enhance our offering, deliver on partner objectives and increase value to partners
    • Support management of a number of concurrent projects from brief creation through to communicating status updates and post-analysis; working closely with multiple teams internally to inform their respective planning processes
    • Coordinate the execution of obligated deliverables for existing partners, working closely with Fnatic's Content and Design teams in particular
    • Identify future opportunities for social amplification of content to leverage/upsell for partners
    • Work closely with Pro-Gaming to manage partner projects, as well as identify future opportunities for partner activations around tournaments, bootcamps and other relevant events
    • Build strong relationships with Team Managers/Directors to ensure player deliverables are actioned in a timely manner - e.g social posts, event attendance, content shoots etc
    • Provide on-site assistance at gaming events, expos, viewing parties etc
    • Work closely with Legal to understand contractual obligations towards partners and gather advice on any matters that influence our ability to meet these
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all pro-wear kit and apparel for partners, especially logos presence and sizing
    • Coordinate financial administration related to partners, working closely with Finance to ensure PO’s are raised, budget approvals are received and partners settle outstanding payments
    • Support the renewal process from proposition through to drawing up new contracts with the relevant Fnatic teams

We're looking for:

    • Understanding of digital media/marketing/sponsorships
    • Commercial mindset and ability to think strategically on how brands can engage with audiences
    • Degree educated, ideally in business/marketing/advertising/sport
    • Creativity and ability to participate in ideation
    • Self-awareness and honesty in evaluating how you can improve
    • Knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape desirable (but not essential)
    • An expert user of Microsoft and Adobe suites
    • Strong analytic skills and affinity for data
    • An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
    • A confident personality and natural rapport with people
    • Flexibility and desire to contribute to numerous facets of the business
