Our world is becoming more borderless by the day. You don't need money to have clout, and you can build your empire from your own bedroom.

Esports is at the forefront of this. By dominating your game as a pro-player, drawing thousands of watchers to your stream, or creating content that connects - there are many ways you can become a household name.

At Fnatic, we're looking for a Head of Talent Management to fuel our mission of forging a nation of 1 billion Fnatics. We want to build a talent function focused on finding the next big influencers, streamers and content creators within esports; and once onboard levels them up with Fnatic's expertise in creating amazing content for a huge global audience. Alongside this, you'll help build the profiles of our pros and play a key role in positioning Fnatic as the top destination for all esports talent globally.

This is a unique opportunity to build something from scratch, and change the game.

Your mission is to:

    • Build a world-class talent unit inside Fnatic that seeks out, levels up and amplifies the greatest performers in esports
    • Develop bespoke strategies for individual talent that balance building their clout and leveraging their audiences for Fnatic's commercial objectives
    • Utilise Fnatic's tech capability to scout and reach out to esports talent
    • Create a Fnatic way of engaging talent that excites them about the prospect of working with the most innovative brand within esports
    • Oversee budget management, content negotiation and terms in relation to key talent
    • Work closely with Pro-Gaming management to ensure pro-talent amplification strategies are aligned with competition needs and schedules
    • Work closely with Fnatic's product teams to secure apparel, merchandise and gear allocations for talent that support Fnatic's commercial objectives
    • Collaborate with Fnatic's content team to support management of player's owned channels as well as generate content for Fnatic channels
    • Maximise opportunities within our events and competitive gaming calendar to showcase talent and secure content opportunities
    • Lead on reporting across talent channels, and translate data into actionable insights
    • Stay on top of trends in social and wider digital landscape
    • Ensure compliance with legislation related to advertising and working with youth
    • Ensure talent reflect Fnatic values and adheres to our code of conduct
    • Support talent acquisition efforts within the Talent function as required, leading on candidate assessment and providing appropriate feedback

We're looking for:

    • Extensive background working with talent, and track record of growing their reach and profile
    • A creative mindset and desire to redefine the way brands engage talent
    • A strong people manager with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Ability to focus and prioritise in a world with endless opportunity
    • Established network with entertainment and social industry leaders
    • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand and content creation
    • Strong intuition and ability to spot an up-and-comer
    • A passion for esports and knowledge of the platforms where audiences live

What we have to offer:

    • The chance to learn from an ambitious and super creative team, and enjoy the buzz of our fast-paced business
    • Award winning office in the heart of Shoreditch in London, with 8 other locations around the world
    • Private medical insurance (Vitality)
    • Eyecare vouchers
    • A generous welcome allowance to spend in the Fnatic shop
    • Fruit, drinks and snacks available daily in the office
    • Regular lunch clubs, Friday drinks and other social activities
