As Head of Apparel at Fnatic, you'll directly be shaping the future of gaming apparel. We're looking for someone who understands the journey from supplier to consumer, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to building a global apparel offering that makes Fnatic the household name when it comes to esports performance wear. You'll be in tune with youth culture, and excited about the challenge of owning a key driver of Fnatic's ambitious growth plans over the next few years.

Your mission is to:

    • Oversee the full development lifecycle of Fnatic's Apparel collections (both pro-wear and lifestyle) from concept through to manufacture
    • Own the Apparel P&L, and ensure target margins and revenue targets are met
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap from portfolio (basic range, collections, special items etc.) through to target pricing (FOB and MSRP), target margins and drop timelines
    • Maintain strong awareness of trends in youth culture, fashion and esports to inform product decisions
    • Work closely with our Buying & Merchandising Manager to monitor sales vs stock levels, helping to prevent sell-outs and push slow moving stock
    • Regularly review manufacturer agreements, leading on supplier contract negotiation and agreeing SLA’s including quality control, credit terms, service level, accuracy and flexibility
    • Assess new market opportunities and establish localised apparel processes and team where necessary
    • Work closely with the Ecommerce team to optimise shop performance and understand customer feedback
    • Ensure a strong integration and write briefs with Marketing to create impactful product launches and ongoing marketing
    • Drive innovation and explore ways to position Fnatic at the forefront of digital fashion through the likes of digital modeling, in-game items and skin applications
    • Take an active role in their ongoing development of the Apparel team, setting meaningful objectives and growing their overall capability
    • Support talent acquisition efforts within Apparel as required, leading on candidate assessment and providing appropriate feedback

We're looking for:

    • High level of business acumen and previous P&L ownership, ideally from a direct-to-consumer business
    • Understanding of garment creation processes and global manufacturing
    • Team leadership and ability to elevate the performance of others
    • Strategic thinking and ability to outline clear critical paths
    • Awareness of digital fashion trends
    • Relentless approach to quality
    • Passion for sustainability and understanding of ethical supply chain practices
